Temporary Administrative/Personal Assistant

Job description

Maran Tankers Management Inc. one of the world’s leading tanker operators and part of the Angelicoussis Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Administrative/Personal Assistant. for a 6 months fixed term contract.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform full administrative and general office duties to support the Commercial Director & Department (e.g., check mailbox, re-direct calls, arrange meetings, organise department’s leaves etc.);
  • Create/Keep track of the Meetings/Conference calls;
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned;
  • Order office supplies and replacements, as well as managing mail and courier services;
  • Liaise with the Traveling department for the booking of the team’s business-related flights;
  • Maintain the organisation's relationships with existing clients by ensuring that service standards are met;
  • Organise, develop and maintain filing systems and databases;
  • Produce documents, brief papers, reports and presentations;
  • Assist in audit procedures by collecting and updating the requested files;

Job requirements

Candidate must have

  • University Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • 8-10+ years of working experience as an Administrative or Personal Assistant
  • Excellent command of the English language (written and oral)
  • Very good organisational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Team spirit, excellent communication skills
