AGEMAR ESTATES SΑ, a property holding company and part of the Angelicoussis Group, is looking for an experienced and motivated Energy Infrastructure & Maintenance Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitors the building maintenance programme and suggests ideas to improve consumption and achieve energy savings;
• Controls and analyses energy consumption data in the building;
• Inspects and oversees energy systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) & lighting systems to determine energy usage or potential energy savings;
• Manages the control systems of the building's facilities (BMS, Fire detection, CO, etc.);
• Participates in all responsibilities, procedures and obligations of the Maintenance department;
• Plans and supervises the construction and maintenance of building structures and facilities;
• Reviews architectural, mechanical, or electrical designs and specifications to evaluate energy efficiency or determine economic and engineering feasibility;
• Coordinates technicians’ teams;
• Selects and inspects equipment for the building;

Candidate must have:

• University degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 2+ years of experience in a similar position or in the supervision of construction and/or maintenance of large buildings
• Excellent computer skills
• Very good knowledge of AutoCAD and energy applications
• Fluency in the English Language (written and oral)
• Good communication skills
