Business Process Specialist

Angelicoussis Group, one of the world’s leading ship management organizations is looking for a highly skilled Business Process Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

Business Process Analysis

• Design comprehensive business process models to visualize and communicate process workflows;

• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including standard operating procedures, process flow diagrams and models, other related materials and visual representations;

• Collaborate with business departments to understand their existing processes, gather business requirements and recommend process improvements, providing high quality deliverables;

• Organize and deliver training sessions for end users to ensure effective utilization of the business processes and system and smooth adoption of new processes;

 Project Management

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, proactively addressing risks and obstacles;

• Monitor project status meetings, updates, deliverables and reporting to key stakeholders;

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, external partners and key stakeholders;

Candidate must have

• Proven experience in project management. Ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects efficiently, ensuring successful delivery within deadlines and budgets.

• Proven experience in business process analysis, process mapping and documentation.

• Excellent communication skills, ability to facilitate effective discussions.

• Attention to detail, adaptability and flexibility, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working in cross-functional teams and contributing to successful project outcomes and support overall system functionality.

• Professional certification such as PMP will be considered beneficial.

• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and/or Signavio will be considered beneficial.

• Proficiency in the English Language (written and oral) is a firm requirement.
