Business Process Specialist

Angelicoussis Group, one of the world’s leading ship management organizations, is looking for a highly skilled Business Process Specialist with expertise in analyzing, modelling and enhancing business processes to drive efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Designs comprehensive business process models to visualize and communicate process workflows.
• Creates and maintains detailed documentation, including standard operating procedures, process flow diagrams and models, other related materials and visual representations.
• Develops a comprehensive understanding of our broader SAP ecosystem by learning and supporting various SAP modules in day-to-day operations.
• Works closely with business departments to understand their existing processes, gathering business requirements, recommending process improvements, and providing high-quality deliverables.
• Manages user requests and support calls, providing prompt troubleshooting and resolution of Business Processes and SAP system-related issues.
• Organizes and delivers training sessions for end users to ensure effective utilization of the business processes and system and smooth adoption of new processes.
• Participates in process optimization and other SAP-related projects, coordinating with stakeholders to meet project timelines and deliverables.

Candidate must have

• Proven experience in business process analysis, process mapping and documentation.
• Proficiency with process modelling tools and methodologies and ability to create detailed process flow diagrams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and contributing to successful project outcomes and support overall system functionality.
• Experience with SAP ERP and SAC systems will be considered beneficial.
• Experience with process automation tools and/or Signavio will be considered beneficial.
• Proficiency in the English Language (written and oral) is a firm requirement.
